Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Canada only by Canada Post, Xpresspost. Packages usually arrive 2-3 business days after you order. A tracking number will be provided to you when your package ships. A signature is required on delivery. We can ship directly to you or the receiver. All our beautiful boxes are safely packaged in an outer mailing box and padded for protection.
Feel Good Gifting is not responsible for shipping delays by Canada Post. Please note during peak holiday times and during Covid, extra time is highly recommended. If you need expedited service, please contact us direclty for other options and pricing.
Return & Exchange Policy
All orders are final and non-refundable. However, if your order arrives and you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours and we will work with you to ensure you are completely satisfied.
